PUBLIC HEARING

INTERIM ORDINANCE EXTENDING A MORATORIUM

ON CELL/DAS SYSTEMS, TELECOMMUNICATION TOWERS AND ALL OTHER TOWERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the city of Sartell will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Monday, Sept. 25 at the Sartell City Hall, for the purpose of considering adoption of an interim ordinance extension establishing a moratorium on all new Small Cell/DAS System, Telecommunication Towers, and all other towers in the City of Sartell. A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for review at the city clerk’s office.

All interested persons are invited to attend to voice their opinion. Written comments will be accepted until the date of the hearing.

A request by Rodenwald Properties, LLC to rezone the following described property from farm residence district to rural single-family residence district (RR-1) and single-family residence (R-1):
