Four members of Shepherd of the Pines Church in Rice were among 350 pastors and congregation leaders at a Stephen Series Leader’s Training Course held recently in Pittsburgh, Penn. The next step for the leaders will be to recruit, select and train members of the congregation to be Stephen Ministers. The ministers will provide one-to-one care with ongoing supervision and continuing education.
