The following official summary of the ordinances referred to has been approved by the City Council of Sartell as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the ordinances:

16-09, 16-10 and 16-11
ORDINANCES GRANTING A GAS FRANCHISE TO NORTHERN STATES POWER CO., AND ELECTRIC FRANCHISES TO BOTH NORTHERN STATES POWER CO. AND STEARNS COOPERATIVE ELECTRIC ASSOCIATION, AND IMPLEMENTING NEW FRANCHISE FEES
The City Code of Ordinances sets forth provisions for gas and electric franchises and fees therefore, and such provisions have been restated including definitions, adoption of franchises, location, other regulations, relocations, tree trimming, indemnification, vacation of public ways, change in form of government, franchise fees and amendment procedures.
The entire ordinances are available for inspection by any person during regular office hours at the office of the City Clerk at the Sartell City Hall or on the City website at www.sartellmn.com.

I1-LIGHT-INDUSTRIAL ZONING-CODE AMENDMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN upon motion of the city council of Sartell, Minn. a public hearing will be held before the city council of Sartell, Minn., in the council chambers at the Sartell City Hall, on the 26th day of September, at 6 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, to hear all persons present upon the proposed amendment of the light-industrial zoning code which would allow gym facilities with a conditional-use permit.

VACATION OF INTERNAL DRAINAGE & UTILITY EASEMENTS
Lot 16 and 17, Block 2, Sandstone Village
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN upon motion of the city council of Sartell, Minn. a public hearing will be held before the city council of Sartell, Minn., in the council chambers at the Sartell City Hall, on the 26th day of September, at 6 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, to hear all persons present upon the proposed vacation of certain internal drainage and utility easements located between two lots. The purpose of the vacation(s) are to consolidate the two lots into one.
