A St. Joseph employee of Preferred Credit Inc. was recently promoted to vice president in customer services. Bridget Pauna joined PCI in 2005 as an entry-level employee. During her tenure at PCI she has worked in many different roles and always had a goal of partnering with customers going through hard times to find ways to help both PCI and the customer. She has worked hard to ensure her department remains focused on building positive relationships with all of PCI’s customers and is passionate about providing quality customer service.
