NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CONDITIONAL-USE PERMIT
The St. Joseph Planning Commission shall conduct a public hearing at 4:45 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2017 at the St. Joseph City Hall, 75 Callaway St. E. The purpose of the hearing is to consider an amendment to a Conditional-Use Permit related to the exterior materials for a Bed and Breakfast at 29 E. Minnesota St. as submitted by Cory Ehlert, owner and applicant. The property is legally described as Lot 14, Block 10, Townsite of St. Joseph, Stearns County, Minnesota.
