The St. Joseph Recreation Department will host its 11th annual Snowfest starting Monday, Jan. 22, with the first of daily clues for the Medallion Hunt. Clues each day will be on the St Joseph Facebook page or on the cityofstjoseph.com website.

On Tuesday, Jan. 23 from 6-8 p.m., a “Paint and Sip” party at the Bad Habit Brewing Co. will be held for adults. Acrylic paints will be provided. Preregister online at www.paintandsipmn.com/bad-habit-brewing-co.

On Saturday Jan. 27, Memorial Park will be busy. From 11 a.m.-1 p.m. there will be sledding, snow painting, ice skating and ice-skating lessons, plus hot cocoa and cookies for all ages. The St. Cloud Figure Skating club will coordinate and teach ice-skating activities.

On that same day, Saturday festivities will continue for adults from 3-6 p.m. with a Game Crawl. A $5 punch card can be purchased, and each card will be punched at four participating downtown St. Joseph businesses: The Middy, The Bad Habit Brewing Co., Sal’s Bar and La Playette Bar.

Punched cards can then be entered for a drawing, with all proceeds awarded to the drawing winners: 50 percent for first prize, 30 percent for second prize and 20 percent for third prize.
