Nick Morlock has been selected as head coach for the Sartell/Sauk Rapids Storm’n Sabres boys’ lacrosse team. Morlock is currently the St. Cloud Knights’ lacrosse head coach. Previous to that he was part of the St. Cloud State University lacrosse team as a captain and played in high school. Morlock, originally from Illinois, recently graduated from SCSU. This position will be on the December school board agenda for approval.
The Sartell-St. Stephen and Sauk Rapids-Rice athletic departments have expressed excitement at having their first season of Minnesota State High School League lacrosse and believe Morlock will do a great job.
