Tamm donates El Paso sand to city

Public Works Director Terry Thene said they are extremely grateful to Tamm for the large donation. The city will store the sand until it can be properly used. The El Paso officially closed on Sept. 26. The building will eventually be torn down and a Kwik Trip will be built on the plot.
