I totally agree with you. You find wrongly conjugated verbs in the newspapers? You are missing the bigger news. This goes on in our schools every day. No wonder the St. Cloud Times is going defunct. Too many people can’t read poorly written, poorly conjugated news articles. Many can’t read past third grade. Aside from the fact that much of what you read is non-factual garbage. (Read it over enough times; sound like it’s true!) Politics!
Go to your school board meetings. Demand to see samples of your school’s students writing skills. You don’t have to put their names on the papers. Don’f forget math tables.
