I speculate there were many uninformed voters this past election and here is why I think that. The majority of Donald Trump’s former cabinet publicly stated he was previously dangerous as the President and they would not vote for him this time.
They were people he picked from the Republican Party. Psychiatrists have described Trump as impulsive, ignorant, self-important and self-serving.
There has been serious concern about the President-elect’s admiration for Putin and Hitler. Putin believes, as Hitler believed, state control of the media so only what they wanted presented was available to the public. Elon Musk’s X, and now Meta, have stated they no longer will fact-check information posted on their sites. Trump praised them for these changes. Now, two wealthy men, President-elect Trump and Musk, who have both benefited financially from the taxes of our government for their own personal gain, are going to run our government.
This quote from Noam Chomsky says it all: “I don’t know what word in the English language – I can’t find one – applies to people who are willing to sacrifice the literal existence of organized human life so they can put a few more dollars into highly stuffed pockets. The word ‘evil’ doesn’t even begin to approach it.”
Perhaps one better tune into what is happening now!
