Your columnists don’t fact-check

Sartell

When I was younger, columnists used to get the correct news out. Now it’s what they believe politically. Call yourself the Liberalleader, not the Newsleader. Your columnists have one ideology with no fact checking. You fact-check opponents’ letters. But if a letter goes the way you like it, is there a fact-check note? Hell no.

Trump has no Project 2025 connection. He will not touch Social Security or Medicare unless to make it whole from the Swamp stealing to give to Ukraine or illegals. Lots of hurricane residents have not even seen the $750 that Mayorkas said they didn’t have more. Let alone Maui residents didn’t get their $700, let alone the government won’t even let insurance companies in to cover payments they still are being charged with. Now banks are repossessing properties. FEMA did block helicopter civilians from saving people.

Dennis Dalman is a disgrace to the reporter profession. Janagan Ramanathan follows his ideology. The paper should have one columnist for each direction. You mention racism, lies, corruption. We can fact-check how corrupt the Democratic leaders are. Ninety percent of all Government – both sides – are corrupt and don’t care about us. That’s why career politicians are the root of all evil.

Trump, RFK Jr. and Elon Musk will help drain the Swamp. After the election, I can’t wait to hear the crying from Dennis. If results don’t come till later, the cheat is on and Komrade Kamala will steal the election. Walz’s family doesn’t even vote for him.
