Twelve people were honored with “Life Saving” awards by Sartell Police Chief Brandon Silgjord at the Feb. 26 city-council meeting. They were honored for helping save the life of Sartell resident Ray Schwenzfeier after collapsing in his home of a heart problem on Thanksgiving Day last year.
