May 22 Sartell police blotter

May 15

10:45 p.m. Domestic. 10th Avenue N. Officers were dispatched to a fight.  Officers separated all individuals involved. Two individuals were taken to the hospital and one individual was arrested. The individual arrested was taken to Stearns County Jail.

May 16

3:45 p.m. School bus stop arm. Pinecone Road N. Officers received a report from a school bus driver about a vehicle who did not stop for the school bus stop arm. The officer located the driver of the vehicle and the driver admitted to the infraction and realized the seriousness of the issue. The officer issued the driver a verbal warning.

May 17

8:23 a.m. Collision. Seventh Street N. Officers were dispatched to a collision involving a school bus and a car. The officer checked on all passengers of the bus and no one stated any injuries. The driver of the car was not hurt either. The students were transferred off the bus and went to school.

May 18

6:25 a.m. Trespass. CR 120. A business reported an individual who had been trespassed was back in the business. Officers confronted the individual who admitted that he was stealing from the business. He had in his possession theft tools and hypodermic needles. He was arrested and transported to Stearns County Jail.

May 19

2:45 a.m. DWI. 19th Avenue S. Officers were dispatched for a vehicle that was off the road. Officers suspected the individual was impaired and conducted field sobriety tests. The individual was arrested and transported to Stearns Count Jail.

May 20

10:15 a.m. Animal complaint. Pinecone Road. Officers were dispatched to a large dead bird that was on Pinecone Road. Officers arrived and discovered it was a goose. Public works arrived and removed the goose from the roadway.

May 21

1:30 a.m. Shoplifting. CR 120. Officers were dispatched to a shoplifting call. The individuals left before officers arrived. Working with other local law enforcement all individuals were located and cited for the theft and trespassed from the location.
