The St. Cloud school district Food and Nutrition Services will provide all district families with drive-thru and pickup free meals for the children in their family while the schools are closed. Only parents/guardians/students may pick up food. Children do not need to be accompanied by an adult to receive food.
Grab-and-go bags, including a lunch and snack for the day and a breakfast for the following day, will be served from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Monday-Friday, at Discovery, Madison and Talahi elementary schools.
Meals will be passed into the window of a car like a drive-thru. This program is solely for the pickup of meals, and meals cannot be consumed on site.
The district encourages families to continue to be proactive in reducing the risk of Covid-19 by not congregating at the school site once meals have been distributed.
