George Rindelaub announced he’s retiring as county administrator for Stearns County. After nearly 28 years in the county’s highest appointed leadership role, Rindelaub will retire effective March 31.
The announcement to commissioners came at the end of the Jan. 5 county board meeting. Rindelaub said the decision was difficult as he thoroughly enjoyed the many facets of the position and working for Stearns County. He applauded the county board, the management team and staff.
