This evidence-based, lifestyle change program is designed for people with pre-diabetes. The community-centered classes include topics such as eating healthier, reducing stress, and increasing physical activity. This workshop will meet from 9-10 a.m. on Tuesdays beginning April 19th through July 26th. Register here:
