Regular practice can increase flexibility and strength, and improve cardiovascular fitness. The emphasis is on correct posture; Tai Chi can instill a greater awareness of the body and how it moves through space.

All refuse must be on curbside by 6 a.m. and items are limited to a 6-feet by 6-feet area.
