All are invited to attend a “Cancer Prayer Service” to be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 6 at the Church of St. Joseph.
“The Cancer Prayer Service is open to everyone of all faiths and from any community,” said health-and-wellness minister Marjorie Henkemeyer. “The theme is centered around the need for friends, family and faith.”
The service is for individuals, families and friends who are currently dealing with cancer, are in remission from cancer, know someone else dealing with cancer or have lost a loved one to cancer.
A reception with refreshments will be held in Heritage Hall after the service.
