Sartell residents might want to note there will be only one city council meeting per month (unless business warrants) through the rest of the summer season.
Normally, the council meets on the second and fourth Mondays of each month. In May, the council decided it could get all of its business done in one meeting each summer month rather than the customary two meetings per month. The council will convene at 7 a.m. Monday, July 8 and at 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 12. However, council members agreed to keep the fourth Monday of the month open in case there would be enough business to warrant a second meeting for the months of May, June, July and August. In May, in fact, the council did hold a second meeting.
