Westside Liquor of Sartell, in accordance with Minnesota Statues, Section 270C.725., is 10 days or more delinquent in payment of their taxes and therefore no wholesaler, manufacturer or brewer may sell or deliver any product to them beginning the third business day (business days are Monday through Friday) after the date of this list, according to The Minnesota Department of Revenue as of April 12.
