The three discussed how dental health relates to illnesses and how important it is to practice good dental care. Schulz, Carriere and Rooney shared information with an audience of 16 people and gave away samples of products. The St. Cloud Technical College has an on-campus dental clinic that is open to the public for preventive dental services. Some of the services offered include cleanings, radiographs, fluoride treatments, sealants, periodontal scaling and more. The three discussed how dental health relates to diabetes, heart disease and other illnesses and how important it is to practice good dental care. They offered tips about different products, teeth whitening, how medications can cause dry mouth, dental implants and more. Schulz, Carriere and Rooney shared information to an audience of about 16 people and gave away samples of products. The session was hosted by the church’s Health and Wellness Committee.
