Jan. 27
1:30 p.m. Animal complaint. Morningstar Court. A complaint was made regarding a barking dog outside a residence. An officer was able to leave a message with the owner regarding the complaint.
3:45 p.m. Domestic dispute. Tradewind Avenue. A report was made regarding an adult female and a juvenile female arguing. Officers arrived and were able to diffuse the situation. Both parties stated they would remain separated for the evening and needed no assistance.
Jan. 28
12:47 p.m. Medical. Pinecone Road. A report was made regarding a male who had fallen in the driveway. An officer arrived and assisted getting the male inside his residence. The male refused any medical treatment.
11:57 p.m. Domestic dispute. Third Street S. A report was made regarding multiple people possibly arguing and becoming physical. Officers arrived and found no evidence of a physical altercation. All parties stated there was a short argument but they needed no assistance.
Jan. 29
3:53 p.m. Suspicious activity. 10th Street S. A report was made regarding a service door open on a vacant residence. An officer arrived and secured the residence and found the home was recently sold. No further action was taken.
11:21 p.m. Motorist assist. Riverside Avenue S. While on patrol, an officer located a vehicle on the side of the roadway. The driver stated the tire fell off. The officer was able to help locate the lug nuts and put the tire back on.
Jan. 30
1:03 a.m. Noise complaint. 23rd Avenue N. A complaint was made regarding the amount of noise coming from a residence. The officer found the resident was watching a movie and passed along the complaint.
7:34 a.m. Driving complaint. CR 120. A report was made regarding a vehicle parked on the side of the roadway with an adult male walking around the outside of the vehicle. An officer arrived and the male stated mice were inside of his vehicle and he was trying to get them out. No further action was taken.
Jan. 31
1:49 a.m. DWI. Riverside Avenue N. While on patrol, an officer witnessed a vehicle pull to the side of the roadway. The driver was unable to pass field sobriety testing. She was taken into custody and transported to Stearns County Jail without incident.
2:11 p.m. Suspicious activity. CR 120. A report was made regarding an adult male possibly smoking drugs inside a vehicle. An officer was able to locate the male inside the store. The male attempted to run but was apprehended and taken into custody without further incident.
Feb. 1
2:56 a.m. Medical. Second Street S. A report was made regarding an elderly male who had fallen out of bed. Officers arrived and lifted the male back into bed. He denied needing medical attention.
1:59 p.m. Arrest. Riverside Avenue S. An arrest warrant was issued for an adult female. An officer located the female and placed her under arrest without incident.
Feb. 2
7:53 a.m. Vehicle assist. Pinecone Road. A vehicle was stalled in the middle of the roadway. The vehicle was towed from the area without incident.
