Clarification
A story about school bullying published in the Dec. 22 Sartell-St. Stephen Newsleader needs a clarification. The story was headlined as “Held wishes bullies would stop, but they don’t.” The Sartell boy who was bullied and his parents did not mean to imply the HERO anti-bullying program the boy is promoting is their own conception. They only want to add to its impact. The HERO anti-bullying program had already been established in many schools.
