Five St. Joseph students recently graduated from Central Lakes College, Brainerd and Staples. They are the following: Caleb Neitzke, Jayden Crever (honor student), Grace Stang (high honor student), Cody Thielen (honor student) and Gabrielle Groetsch (honor student). High honors students earned a 3.75-4.0 grade-point average. Honors students earned a 3.25-3.74 GPA.
Abigail Dierkes of St. Joseph was recently named to the spring dean’s list at Bemidji (Minn.) State University. To be eligible, students must earn a minimum 3.5 grade-point average.
Four St. Joseph students recently graduated from St. Cloud State University. They are the following: Samantha Collen, Lilian Zack (magna cum laude), Taylor Nordine (summa cum laude) and Brandon Kresky (magna cum laude).
Dakotah Dorholt of St. Joseph recently graduated from Drake University, Des Moines, Iowa.
The Faith Community Nurses of Central Minnesota and guests gathered May 9 at the St. Cloud Hospital Chapel for a service of prayer and blessing of the hands in honor of Nurses Day 2023. Some of the Faith Community Nurses in attendance were Marjorie Henkemeyer with Sister Betty Larson, from St. Joseph.
Brenny Transportation Inc. was recently named 2022 Midwest Region Carrier of the Year by ABC Supply Co. Transportation and Logistics Department.
Holdingford High School participated in the 2023 USA High School Clay Target League National Championship July 5-10.
