ON VACATION OF INTERNAL DRAINAGE & UTILITY EASEMENTS
Lot 8 and 9, Block 1, Arbor Trails
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN upon motion of the city council of Sartell, Minn. a public hearing will be held before the city council of Sartell, Minn., at 6 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Monday, June 13 in the council chambers at the Sartell City Hall, to hear all persons present upon the proposed vacation of certain internal drainage and utility easements located between two lots. The purpose of the vacation(s) are to consolidate the two lots into one.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the Sartell City Council will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Monday, June 13 in the council chambers of the Sartell City Hall, to consider the rezoning and preliminary plat of Sandstone Village 2 Plat. The request is to rezone the property from R-3 Multiple-Family-Residential District to R-5 Planned-Unit Development. Both public hearings have been requested by RST Land LLC, as applicant. The site is located just north and east of County Road 4, west of 19th Avenue and formally known as Sandstone Village.
