2:17 a.m. Unwanted person. Le Sauk Drive. An officer was called to respond to a business for a verbally aggressive man. The officer arrived and found an intoxicated man yelling at staff and refusing to leave. The man reported to the officer he felt disrespected by staff for not allowing him to get a room after he had been drinking at a nearby bar. The officer noted it was hard to understand the man due to intoxication level and a language barrier. The officer spoke to the employee who had called 911 and was informed the man didn’t have enough money to rent a room. When the man was told he couldn’t rent a room, he became confrontational and rude to other guests. The employee asked the man to leave, and the man threw a cup of pens and business cards at her, which knocked a clock off the wall. Staff wanted nothing done criminally other than the man to be trespassed and removed from the property. The officer verbally trespassed the man and transported him to an address in St. Cloud.
