WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM AVAILABILITY CHARGES
The Council for the City of St. Joseph hereby ordains:
- That Section 404.05 of the St .Joseph Code of Ordinances, is hereby amended by the revision of table 2 of Section 404.05 so as to read as follows:

OUTDOOR SPECIAL EVENTS
The St. Joseph City Council shall conduct a public hearing at 6 p.m Monday, April 4, 2016 at the St. Joseph City Hall, 25 College Ave N. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the issuance of an outdoor special event. The event is to occur as follows:
Sunday, July 3, 2016 – St. Joseph Church
All persons wishing to be heard will be heard and oral testimony will be limited to five minutes. Written testimony can be mailed to the City Administrator, P.O. Box 668, St. Joseph, Minn. 56374.

ON ESTABLISHMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners (the “Board”) of the Economic Development Authority of the City of St. Joseph, Minn. (the “EDA”), Olmsted County, Minn., will hold a public hearing on March 22, 2016, at 6 p.m., at the St. Joseph City Hall, 25 College Ave. N., in the City of St. Joseph, relating to the proposed establishment of Economic Development District No. 1, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.090 through 469.1082, inclusive, as amended.
The property proposed to be included in Economic Development District No. 1 is described as follows:
