8:26 a.m. Suspicious man. 213 Cedar St. E. Officer stopped a man coming out of Coborn’s who said he had been riding his bicycle and stopped to warm up. Officer checked for stolen items but found none.
11:12 a.m. Theft. 516 Schneider Drive. Officer received a report of a missing Samsung Galaxy 8 Note value at $900.
12:25 p.m. Theft. 516 Schneider Drive. Officer received a report of a theft Wigun Sport 312 Airsoft gun valued at $159.

10:34 a.m. Snow removal violation. 120 Minnesota St. E. Snow removal from sidewalk warning tag left on front door.
10:49 a.m. Snow removal violation. 124 Minnesota St. E. Officer left warning tag on front door for snow removal from sidewalk violation.
10:57 a.m. Snow removal violation. 418 Minnesota St. E. Officer left red tag on front door for snow removal from sidewalk violation.
11 a.m. Snow removal violation. 1414 Minnesota St. E. Officer left red tag on front door for snow removal from sidewalk violation.

6:10 pm. Person with a gun. 912 Baker St. E. Officers responded to a 911 call from a man seeing someone dressed in black and looked like he was carrying an AR-15. Officers arrived and checked area and did not observe any people walking around.
