The St. Joseph Planning Commission will hold public hearings at 6 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Monday, May 23 in the St. Joseph City Hall, 25 College Ave. N., to hear all persons present upon the proposed land-use amendment, rezoning, planned-unit development (PUD) and preliminary plat of Country Manor Senior Living PUD as submitted by CM of St. Joe LLC., owner and applicant; for property located west of Jade Road and Kennedy Community School and legally described Outlots A, B, C, D and O, Rivers Bend. The purpose of the requests are to facilitate the development of a senior mixed-use development.
