NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REGARDING PROPOSED PROPERTY-TAX ABATEMENTS
FOR THE 2015 PINECONE ROAD PROJECT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Sartell Minn., will hold a public hearing at a meeting of the Council beginning at 7 p.m., C.T., on June 8, 2015 to be held in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, 125 Pinecone Road N., in Sartell, Minn., on the proposal the City abate property taxes levied by the City on the property identified as tax parcel numbers:

The total amount of the taxes proposed to be abated by the City on the property for up to 15 years is estimated to be $300,000 initially, increasing to not more than $420,000 per year or $5,500,000 in total. The City Council will consider the property-tax abatement for certain public improvements to be constructed along Pinecone Road within the City.

CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the City of Sartell will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Monday, June 8, 2015, at the Sartell City Hall, for the purpose of amending the city code of ordinances as it relates to Council Meetings.
A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for review at the city clerk’s office and on the City’s website at www.sartellmn.com.
All interested persons are invited to attend to voice their opinion. Written comments will be accepted until the date of the hearing.
