CHAPTER 8 PORTABLE CONFECTIONERY STORES AND MOBILE FOOD VENDORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the city of Sartell will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Monday, June 9, 2014, at the Sartell City Hall, for the purpose of amending the city code of ordinances to allow for mobile food vendors. A copy of the proposed changes to the ordinance is available for review at the city clerk’s office.
All interested persons are invited to attend to voice their opinion. Written comments will be accepted until the date of the hearing.
