Create Your Own Upcycled Journal, 6-7 p.m., Great River Regional Library, 1300 W. St. Germain St., St. Cloud. A journal can be an excellent place to express your ideas and creativity. They can be used for writing, art, planners, scrapbooks or just as a place to get out your thoughts. In this program, we will create personal journals from recycled, upcycled or found objects.
