Spiritual R & R Day, 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.., Saint Benedict's Monastery, 104 Chapel Lane, St. Joseph. This day offers time and space for quiet prayer, reflection, reading, resting and meeting with a spiritual director if desired. Free will offering accepted. Optional meal at the monastery is $11.
