Stearns County is planning to reconstruct/reconfigure the roundabout located at the intersection of County Roads 1 and 120 in 2024. As part of the same construction contract, CR 120 will be resurfaced between Hwy. 15 and the aforementioned roundabout. The county will host a public open house to present the proposed changes, as well as the traffic control that will be used during the construction process. The event will be from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, July 13 at the Stearns County Public Works building, located at 455 28th Ave. S. in Waite Park.
The meeting will have an open-house format to obtain comments and concerns from individuals and property owners. A brief presentation will be made at 5 p.m.
Stearns County is partnering with Stonebrooke Engineering Inc. of Burnsville on the project design.
