NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING ORDINANCE 41.16, SUBD. 15
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. Stephen will meet at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2019, in the Council Chamber of the St. Stephen City Hall, to consider the amendment of Zoning Ordinance 41.16, Subd. 15. The Amendment would require all permanently installed pools comply with all ordinance requirements with regard to setback requirements and that site permits under Ordinance 42 would be required for all permanent pool installations. Temporary type pools would not require site permits but would need to adhere to setback rules as defined in Ordinance 42 within the City of St. Stephen.
Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance will be heard at this meeting.
