On Dec. 29, a 33-year-old Sartell man was struck and killed on Highway 10 in the morning.
According to the incident report, Eric Sylvester Wochnick was driving westbound on Highway 10 at approximately 6:30 a.m. when he crashed into trees on the right side of the road. He then got out of his vehicle and crossed the highway on foot to the eastbound lanes where he was struck by a van driven by Jessica Lyn Clairmont, 35, of Little Falls. The van was then rear ended by another vehicle driven by Brittny Marie Tiemann, 22, of Royalton.
Road conditions were dry.
The other drivers and passengers were not injured.
