Six Sartell students recently received bachelor’s degrees from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
They are as follows: Karissa Bienusa, accounting; Camilo Hernandez, accounting; Mckenna Hupf, sociology; Vanessa Ratke, RN baccalaureate completion; Taylor Schmidt, history and political science, summa cum laude; and Sydney Thieschafer, aviation, summa cum laude
Two Sartell students recently received master’s degrees from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
They are as follows: Christopher Knoll, public administration; and Kelsi Rostis, accounting, magna cum laude.

more than $24,000 in grants
This fall the Sartell-St. Stephen Education Foundation opened the grant cycle to allow district staff the opportunity to have immediate impact in their classrooms. This allowed the staff to be responsive to the students’ needs in their current classes.
The following programs were awarded grants:
Outdoor Learning Enhancements for Early Childhood – $6,000, Oak Ridge Education Learning Center; VEX Robotics Kits for Elementary – $3,500, ORELC & Pine Meadow Primary; VersaTiles – $3,570, PMP; Furthering Fine Motor in First Grade – $3,500, PMP; Adaptive Music Instruments – $1,000, Sartell Middle School; Speaker Jesse LeBeau: Leadership Training – $4,000, SMS; Real Life Pregnancy Profile Simulator – $1,600, Sartell High School; and Projection Mapping Equipment – $1,590, SHS.
