PLANNED-UNIT-DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT
OF SANDSTONE VILLAGE 2 AND SANDSTONE VILLAGE 3 PLAT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the Sartell City Council will hold a public hearing in the council chambers of the Sartell City Hall on Monday, Oct. 10, 2016, at 6 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, to consider an amendment to the Planned-Unit Developments of Sandstone Village 2 Plat and Sandstone Village 3 Plat. The public hearing has been requested by PEI Properties, as applicant. The site is located just north and east of County Road 4, west of 19th Avenue and formally known as Sandstone Village.

CEMETERY, POLICE AND ALARM CITY CODE ORDINANCES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the City of Sartell will hold a public hearing on Monday, Oct. 24, 2016, at 6 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Sartell City Hall, for the purpose of updating the City Code of Ordinances regarding police regulations, alarms and cemetery. Copies of the proposed ordinances are available for review at the city clerk’s office or on the city website at www.sartellmn.com.
All interested persons are invited to attend to voice their opinion. Written comments will be accepted until the date of the hearing.

CITY OF ST. STEPHEN
ORDINANCE 47
OPTING-OUT OF THE REQUIREMENTS
OF MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTION 462.3593
WHEREAS, on May 12, 2016, Governor Mark Dayton signed into law the creation and regulation of temporary family health-care dwellings, codified at Minn. Stat. §462.3593, which permit and regulate temporary family health-care dwellings;
WHEREAS, subdivision 9 of Minn. Stat. §462.3593 allows cities to “opt out” of those regulations;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. STEPHEN, ORDAINS as follows:
- That Ordinance 47 is hereby adopted which shall read as follows:
“OPT-OUT OF MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTION 462.3593:
Subd. 1: Pursuant to authority granted by Minnesota Statutes, Section 462.3593, subdivision 9, the City of St. Stephen opts-out of the requirements of Minn. Stat. §462.3593, which defines and regulates Temporary Family Health- Care Dwellings.”
- This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication.
This Amendment was approved by the majority of the City Council of St. Stephen on this 7th day of September, 2016.
