Here is the promised notice of my official retirement after 48 years of teaching thousands of students ranging from pre-school age through adults at the reformatory.
Thank you to all the students, teachers, paraprofessionals, custodians, cooks, counselors and office staff who have shared this joyful and at times challenging journey with me.
Remember, you are either part of the problem or part of the solution. As I am no longer allowed to be part of the solution, I refuse to be part of the problem in education. Hasta la vista and thanks for the memories!
