Danita Traut, incumbent, is the only candidate running for St. Stephen City Council in the Nov. 4 election, and since voters can choose up to two candidates, one of the council seats will likely be elected via write-in votes.
There are two positions open on the council.
Other than that office, the St. Stephen ballots will look similar to the Sartell ballots, except there will not be the one-half-percent sales-tax question on the ballot and obviously the ballots will not contain candidates for Sartell city offices.
