Voters can find out a wealth of information on the Minnesota Secretary of State website, including question-and-answer features, where their polling places are located and information about candidates who are competing.
Voters can enter their addresses for their polling places as well as a sample ballot they will fill in on voting day, Nov. 6. Many people in some areas of the state are now in new legislative districts because of the redistricting process that takes place every 10 years after a national census. The website will inform them exactly where they will vote.
The site also helps people check their voting registration and allows them to obtain an absentee ballot.
