Bryan Bidinger of Sartell recently hosted a bouja party for some former Verso employees and friends. Bouja is a soup made out of chicken, beef, celery, onions, potatoes and other vegetables and seasonings. Bidinger used a 30-gallon bouja kettle he had purchased from St. Francis Xavier Church a few years ago to cook the bouja.
