A School Board Candidates’ Forum will be held Monday, Oct. 29 in the Sartell High School Auditorium. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Moderated by Carolyn Garven, the forum starts at 7 p.m. Coffee and refreshments, including a chance to visit individually with the candidates in the high school commons will follow. Childcare for the toddler and older age group is available in the gymnasium.
This evening is sponsored by the Sartell-St. Stephen Education Association, representing the certified licensed staff of District 748; the Minnesota School Employees Association District 748 Paraprofessionals; and the Service Employees International Union Local 284, representing the ISD 748 custodial, clerical, food service and transportation employees.
All eligible voters in the Sartell-St. Stephen school district are invited to attend and hear the candidates’ views on educational issues. We encourage all interested voters to join us in this educational evening to help you make up your mind as to which candidates will receive your vote on Nov. 6, Election Day.
