Families new to the Sartell-St. Stephen School District will have a chance to learn about schools and the many school programs at a “New Family” meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 21 at the Pine Meadow Elementary School Media Center.
For more information or to register, call the district office at 656-3715.
The new-parent meeting is just one of several meetings and open houses — all designed to get parents and/or students knowledgeable and comfortable within their schools. The meetings will also give parents a chance to meet teachers, administrators and staff.
The other meetings are as follows:
Athletic information
For parents of seventh- and eighth-graders who will participate in sports this year, a meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 22 at Sartell Middle School.
The young athletes, too, are encouraged to attend the meeting.
For more information, call the Activities Office at 656-3717.
Dietary needs
Special dietary needs for students, which seem to be on the increase in recent years, will be the subject of a meeting from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 27 at Sartell High School.
The informational meeting will be led by members of the Food Service Department.
For more information, call 656-3725.
