The Sartell Police Department is reminding people to be sure to lock their vehicle doors and to keep any valuables either out of the vehicle or at least not in plain sight within vehicles.
Last Sunday night and/or early Monday morning, items were stolen from eight vehicles in Sartell, according to the police dispatcher.
The thefts occurred in the neighborhoods at 1st Street N. and Brookwood Lane.
Stolen items included cash, a DVD player, a portable music player, a global-positioning unit and tools.
All of the vehicles were apparently unlocked.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Sartell Police Department at 320-251-8186.
