The Sartell Planning Commission has worked to develop a draft update to the 2003 Comprehensive Plan, and city staff are keenly interested in how the public feels about the plan through a “virtual open house” via Internet.
Broadly speaking, planning is a way to guide investment, development and allocation of services in a community. This comprehensive plan will attempt to consolidate all the collaborative planning work that has been completed during the past 13 years and enhance the document by addressing other critical programs and services that help define a place, its people and the quality of life in Sartell.
The planning commission is now seeking confirmation (and feedback) from the public on the goals and strategies contained in the working draft of the plan through a virtual open house via Internet. A link to the virtual open house is located at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Sartell.
Links will also be available from the city’s Facebook page and website (sartellmn.com).
The Comprehensive Plan virtual open house tour will be available now through Feb. 19.
