I am not a Democrat or a Republican. Why would anyone want to be either? There’s only one team we should vote for: America. As for the Aug. 16 editorial written by Dennis Dalman (“Harris chose a champ”), ALL Minnesotans should want Walz voted out. Walz locked us down and took away our freedoms during Covid? Should we just ignore the following things?
That Gov. Tim Walz put elderly people with Covid back into nursing homes with others likely to die from Covid? That Walz and Keith Ellison went after bar and restaurants owners for just trying to support their families during the pandemic? That Walz let Minneapolis burn for three days? That recently Walz was on the White House saying Biden was fit to serve, when he was not? That Walz disrespected rural Minnesotans by calling us rocks and cows.
All Minnesota taxpayers should be mad there was a $17 billion surplus and we got pennies back! The $260 checks they sent out was a slap in the face. Walz said “Don’t worry, we’ll spend it wisely.” Name one time government spent our money wisely.
Kamala Harris is a deer in headlights and is no leader. No other country will be scared of her or take her seriously. Putting Walz on that ticket will not help. Harris and Walz are responsible for running this country/state into the ground. Your blinding love for Harris/Walz just because they have a “D” next to their name is disturbing.
