Trick or Treats will combine with a Family Fun Run when the “Monster Dash” and Area Business Showcase take place Saturday, Oct. 28 outside of the Sartell Community Center.
Sponsored by the Sartell Chamber of Commerce and generous business donors, the events will happen at separate times: the 5K run will start at 9 a.m.; the 1K run will begin at 9:30 a.m. and the trick-or-treating party will take place from 9:30-11:20 a.m.
During the fun runs and trick-or-treating, visitors can stroll among the vendors on the community-center grounds to learn about what those businesses offer.
To register to participate in the races, go to google “Sartell Chamber of Commerce Monster Dash.” Under EVENTS CALENDAR, scroll down to the first item, “Monster Dash! A family fun and trick-or-treating event” and just under that click on “Register Now.”
The treats will be provided by the Sartell area business community and youth organization. There will be lots of vendors at the site.
Participants are encouraged to wear Halloween-style costumes. Visitors can come just for the treats or just for the running events, or both.
