NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE REQUEST OF BRAD DULLINGER ON BEHALF
OF DELVIN DULLINGER FOR VARIANCE
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. Stephen will meet in the Council chambers of the St. Stephen City Hall at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter, on May 17, 2021, to consider the following:
A request by Brad Dullinger, on behalf of Delvin Dullinger, 5 11th St. SW, St. Stephen, MN (PID No. 90.55907.0000), for a variance from Ordinance 41.20, subd. 4 (“Non-Conforming Structures”) that a single accessory building may be constructed on a Residential Land Use lot in the R-1 zoning district without an established dwelling structure. This variance would be conditioned on the successful approval of and in conjunction with a minor subdivision of this lot.
Anyone wishing to comment will be heard at this hearing or you may send your written comments, which need to be received no later than Monday, May 17, at 4:30 p.m.
