NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the city of Sartell will hold a public hearing on at 7 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Monday, Feb. 24, 2014 at the Sartell City Hall, for the purpose of repealing and replacing Chapter 5, Article F. R-3 Multifamily Residence District; Chapter 5, Article G. R-4 Transitional District; Chapter 10, Parking and Loading Requirements; Chapter 12, Landscaping; and Chapter 19, Comprehensive Design Zone, all of Title 10 of city’s zoning ordinance. A copy of the proposed changes to the ordinance is available for review at the city clerk’s office.
All interested persons are invited to attend to voice their opinion. Written comments will be accepted until the date of the hearing.
